About Us

Leisa Risher, the Designer & Owner of Awaken Candles began making Premium Soy candles for herself after learning that paraffin & soy blend candles contained harmful chemicals and toxins. Using only eco-friendly products with essential oils, she found herself creating therapeutic ambiance for not only herself, but friends & family as well. Leisa’s Sister-in-Law, Brenda began to enlighten others of the loving, compassionate energy being put into these candles; & our mission to Spread Kindness was born.

Leisa & Brenda merged their individual unique talents & have been working together since October 2015.

Recently, Leisa's daughter Natalya, joined our mission using her own artistic talents by designing & upholding Awaken Candles Online Store, & Social Media. (Instagram, Facebook)
